This Privacy Policy explains how KissMyApp ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") and our apps (including VibeFinder, NYC2STAY, ITALY2STAY, and others) collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle your information.

    TL;DR: We don't sell your data. Favorites and ratings are stored locally on your device. We use analytics to understand how people use our apps, but no personal information is tracked without your consent.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Favorites & Ratings: When you save a place or rate it, this data is stored locally on your device.
Search Queries: Your search terms are used to return results but are not retained after the session ends.
Contact Information: If you email support, we collect your email address and message to respond to your inquiry.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Analytics: We use industry-standard analytics to understand app usage (e.g., which categories are most popular). This does not include personal identification.
Device Information: App version, OS, browser type, and general location (city-level only, never precise coordinates).
Cookies & Local Storage: We use local storage to remember your preferences and session state.

1.3 Third-Party Data

Place Information: We source data from Google Places, partner databases, and public sources. This is not personal data.
Affiliate Links: We partner with ticket platforms (Viator, Tiqets, Klook, etc.) and may receive commission. These partners may set their own cookies per their terms.

To provide and improve our apps and services.

Favorites, ratings, and preferences are stored only on your device using browser local storage or app storage. We do not sync this data to our servers by default.

If you use our web services (e.g., loading place data from our API), we store:

Aggregated analytics (not tied to you personally).
Server logs for technical support and security.

3.3 Security Measures

4. Third-Party Links & Partners

Our apps contain links to partner sites (ticket vendors, tourism sites, etc.). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information.

5. Children's Privacy

Your saved data is stored on your device. You can:

Clear your browser cache to delete local storage.
Reinstall the app to reset stored data.
Email us to request deletion of any server-side data.

6.2 Opt-Out

You can disable analytics in your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to opt out of third-party cookies.

6.3 California & EU Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

California (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the "sale" of personal information. We don't sell data, but if you have questions, contact us.
